Federica Banfi 

Federica ha maturato la propria formazione professionale in ambito giuslavoristico, specializzandosi in tutti gli aspetti inerenti il rapporto di lavoro, anche sotto i profili previdenziale e assistenziale (conseguendo anche l'attestato di Alta Formazione di Diritto del Lavoro - AGI), dedicando una particolare attenzione alle realtà sportive.

Federica si è infatti orientata nella gestione delle sue due grandi passioni, quella per la professione forense e quella per lo sport, avendo sempre coltivato la disciplina del tennis a livello agonistico e come istruttrice.

Federica partecipa attivamente nell'associazione sportiva forense della città di Padova (Jusport Padova - http://www.jusportpadova.it/) e nell'associazione italiana avvocati tennisti (AIAT - https://www.aiat.net).

Federica concentrated her professional training in the field of labour law, specialising in all aspects of the employment relationship, including social security and welfare (obtaining also the Certificate of Advanced Training in Labour Law awarded by AGI, the Italian Association of Labour Law Lawyers), dedicating a particular attention to the sports world.

Federica indeed focused on the cultivation of her two great passions, that for the work as a legal professional and that for sport, having practiced for a long time the sport of tennis both as a tennis player at a competitive level and as a tennis coach.

Federica actively participates in the lawyers’ sports association of Padua (Jusport Padova - http://www.jusportpadova.it/) and in the Italian association of Lawyers - Tennis Players (AIAT - https://www.aiat.net).

She works in Italian and English.
